الجزائر: نطالب بحماية النساء في حاسي مسعود

يطالب الموقعون على هذا البيان بحماية النساء في منطقة حاسي مسعود ووضع حد للحماية المقدمة لمرتكبي الجرائم ضدهن. لقد تلقت الشكبة على مدى الأسابيع الماضية من منظمات المجتمع المدني والإعلام الجزائري بيانات ومعلومات عن هذه الجرائم، وهو ما يذكرنا بالأيام الصعبة في تموز- أيلول من عام 2001 حيث شهدت تلك الأيام "تعذيب، ورجم واغتصاب النساء في المنطقة بل ودفنهن حيات"، ويمكن الحصول على تفاصيل أكثر من الملف الذي أعدته الشبكة عن ذلك على الرابط.

Algérie: Massacres de femmes : Appel aux autorités d'assurer la protection des femmes à Hassi Messaoud!

Depuis plusieurs semaines, des attaques meurtrières contre les femmes ont lieu dans le sud algérien, et ont donné lieu à des protestations internationales et à l’intervention des Rapporteurs Spéciaux auprès des Nations Unies. Il est indispensable que ces premières protestations soient relayées et soutenus par un grand nombre d’autres organisations dans le monde.

Nous sommes révoltées devant la folie meurtrière des intégristes islamistes qui a fait une nouvelle fois rage dans le quartier « d’El Haicha » à Hassi-Messaoud, ville pétrolifère du Sud de l’Algérie. Nous n’avons pas oublié la nuit funèbre du 13 juillet 2001 au cours de laquelle près de cinquante femmes ont vécu le martyre dans ce même quartier. En effet, cette nuit là, plusieurs centaines d’individus déchaînés suite au prêche d’un imam s’étaient armés de matraques, de couteaux et de sabres pour s’attaquer aux travailleuses et à leurs enfants. L’Initiative Féministe Européenne IFE-EFI est aux cotés des féministes algériennes pour appeler toutes les forces démocratiques à manifester leur solidarité avec les femmes de Hassi-Messaoud.

We are outraged by the murderous rage of the fundamentalist islamists which once again was displayed in the « El Haicha » area in Hassi-Messaoud, an oil-producing city in south Algeria. We have not forgotten the tragic night of July 13 2001 when almost fifty women suffered an agony in the same area. Indeed, that night, several hundreds of individuals made wild by the preaching of an imam, armed with clubs, knifes and swords, charged women workers and their children. The European Feminist Initiative IFE-EFI stands by the side of Algerian feminists to call all democratic forces to demonstrate their solidarity with the women of Hassi-Messaoud.

For several WEEKS now, women have been subjected to murderous attacks in the South of Algeria; this has provoked international protests and calls for the intervention of the United Nations Special Rapporteurs. لقد غضبنا من الحملة الدموية للأصوليين الإسلاميين التي تحدث ثانية في منطقة "الحايشة" في حاسي مسعود، المدينة النفطية في جنوب الجزائر. إننا لم ننس ليلة 13 يوليو 2001 حينما تعرضت 50 سيدة للعذاب في هذه المنطقة. في هذه الليلة، وبسبب خطبة من الإمام اهتاج المئات وتسلحوا بالفؤوس والسكاكين والسيوف وهاجموا النساء وأطفالهن.

افادت منظمة مغربية غير حكومية ان 'العنف الاقتصادي' والجسدي هما الأكثر انتشارا بين النساء ضحايا العنف إذ يسجلان على التوالي 37.6 بالمئة و32.7 بالمئة فيما يأتي العنف الجنسي في المركز الثالث بنسبة 10.7 بالمئة يليه العنف القانوني والنفسي على التوالي بنسبة 10.1 و8.8 بالمئة.

ما تزال الحكومة السورية تدعم قتل النساء السوريات بحفاظها على المادة 192 من قانون العقوبات السوري التي تتيح لأي كان أن يقتل ابنته أو زوجته أو أخته أو أمه مدعيا أنه فعل ذلك "دفاعا عن الشرف"! ليحظى بوسام كبطل عبر إعفاء من العقوبة أو ما يشبه الإعفاء منها! مثلما حدث مع قتلة كل من هدى أبو عسلي، زهرة عزو، والمئات من النساء السوريات اللواتي يقتلن سنويا بهذه الذريعة!

Il faut, de toute urgence, assurer la protection des femmes à Hassi Messaoud et mettre définitivement fin à l’impunité des auteurs de ces agressions: Les organisations de la société civile algérienne et les media n’ont cessé de relayer les nouvelles terribles d’exactions exercées contre des femmes travailleuses à Hassi Messaoud, depuis quelques semaines. Ces évènements rappellent les journées tragiques de juillet 2001 qui ont vu des centaines de femmes ‘torturées, lapidées, violées et enterrées vivantes’, comme le rappelle la presse algérienne. Dix ans plus tard, ces crimes restent largement impunis et les femmes n’ont, dans l’ensemble, pas pu refaire leur vie, faute d’appui matériel, financier, mais surtout moral et juridique.
