البحرين: أطفال في البحرين ضحية للاعتداء الجسدي والجنسي والاختطاف والاعتقال التعسفي والمحاكمة غير العادلة

يتابع مركز البحرين لحقوق الإنسان بقلق شديد التدهور الأمني الخطير الذي يأتي في إطار الحملة القمعية المتواصلة التي تشنها السلطة ضد النشطاء السياسيين والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان وكافة القرى والمناطق الشيعية، وانعكاس ذلك على وضع حقوق الإنسان في البلاد ولاسيما الأطفال منهم، الذين كانوا من ضحايا هذه الحملة لتشملهم موجة الاعتقالات التعسفية الواسعة والاختطافات المتكررة والإخفاء القسري والتعذيب الجسدي والنفسي والإساءة الجنسية، والذي يعتقد أن جهاز الأمن الوطني يقف وراء غالبيتها، وكذلك الاعتداءات الجسدية المتكررة على أبناء وأطفال القرى البحرينية من قبل القوات الخاصة التي يتم جلبها كقوات من المرتزقة الأجانب. وهناك 76 طفل معتقل من بين معتقلي الحملة الأمنية الأخيرة بما نسبتهم 21% من مجموع المعتقلين الذين وصل عددهم إلى 355 ، وهو الأمر الذي يرفع مؤشرات القلق حول مصير ومستقبل هؤلاء الأطفال الذين نتيجة هذه الأوضاع يحرمون من تعليمهم الدراسي لينتظرهم مستقبل مجهول أسوة بمئات من الأطفال الذي حرمتهم السلطة من تعليمهم المدرسي والجامعي إبان فترة أحداث المطالبة بالبرلمان في التسعينيات من القرن الماضي.

The Bahrain Center for Human Rights is following with grave concern the serious deterioration of security that comes within the framework of the ongoing crackdown launched by the authority against political activists and human rights defenders as well as all the Shiite villages and areas. The Center is also concerned about its impact and reflection on the human rights situation in the country, particularly in relevance to children. Children were part of the victims of this campaign which included the widespread waves of arbitrary arrests, continuous kidnappings, enforced disappearances, torture which is physical, psychological and sexual.

قالت هيومن رايتس ووتش في تقرير أصدرته اليوم إن عشرات الآلاف من الأطفال في المدارس القرآنية الداخلية في السنغال (الكتاتيب) يعانون من أوضاع أشبه بالعبودية ومن انتهاكات جسيمة. ودعت هيومن رايتس ووتش السلطات السنغالية إلى تنظيم أوضاع جميع المدارس القرآنية والتحرك بشكل فوري وفعال من أجل تحميل المعلمين الذين يخرقون القوانين السنغالية ضد التسول الجبري والإساءة للأطفال، المسؤولية.

Senegal: Boys in Many Quranic Schools Suffer Severe Abuse

Tens of thousands of children at residential Quranic schools in Senegal are subjected to slavery-like conditions and severely abused, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. Human Rights Watch urged the Senegalese authorities to regulate all Quranic schools and take immediate and concerted action to hold accountable teachers who violate Senegalese laws against forced begging and child abuse.

Des dizaines de milliers d'enfants fréquentant des internats coraniques au Sénégal sont soumis à des conditions qui s'apparentent à de l'esclavage et sont victimes de graves abus, a déclaré Human Rights Watch dans un rapport publié aujourd'hui. Human Rights Watch a exhorté les autorités sénégalaises à réglementer toutes les écoles coraniques et à entreprendre une action immédiate et concertée pour traduire en justice les professeurs qui violent les lois sénégalaises contre la mendicité forcée et la maltraitance des enfants.

Algérie: 28% des élèves des écoles coraniques ont subi des attouchements sexuels

Attouchements sexuels sur des enfants Un véritable pavé dans la mare ! Près de 28% des élèves des écoles coraniques, dans la wilaya de Blida, sont victimes d’attouchements sexuels. C’est ce qu’a révélé une étude réalisée récemment par l’association Djazaïrouna. « Notre étude a concerné 431 écoles (tous paliers confondus et des écoles coraniques). L’enquête a confirmé que 28% des enfants, qui suivent des cours dans des écoles coraniques, dans la wilaya de Blida, ont subi des attouchements sexuels », a déclaré Zerarka Radhia, représentante de Djazaïrouna, lors d’une rencontre-débat sur le thème « La maltraitance des enfants », organisée, hier à Alger, par la Ligue algérienne pour la défense des droits de l’homme (LADDH).
