South Africa: The latest draft bill on the recognition of Islamic Marriages in South Africa

Muslim Youth Movement of South Africa The draft bill has been submitted to the parliamentarian committee for discussion and then for submission for approval by the president.
The Muslim Youth Movement Gender Desk has embarked on a national educational campaign to inform communities about the draft bill and what it entails because people are generally not aware of the bill and the law making process.
This bill will undoubtedly affect each and every Muslim living in South Africa particularly those who opt for their marriages to be governed by this bill.
